  • For Ready-to-Ship Items: The MOQ can be as low as 5–10 pieces.

Q2: Can you handle custom branding, private labels, and custom packaging?

A: Absolutely. We specialize in full-service private label production. We can customize:

  • Main woven labels, size tags, and care labels.
  • Custom hangtags and barcodes.
  • Eco-friendly polybags, branded boxes, and specialized packaging.
    You can either provide your own branding assets or have our design team assist you in creating production-ready files.
Q3: What is your turnaround time for samples and bulk production?

A: We pride ourselves on efficiency and strict timeline management:

  • Sampling: Typically takes 7–10 business days once the tech pack and fabric availability are confirmed.
  • Bulk Production: Usually takes 20–35 days after the pre-production (PP) sample is approved and the deposit is received.
    Note: Exact timelines may vary based on order volume and fabric sourcing schedules.
Q4: How do you ensure product quality and fabric compliance?

A: Quality control is integrated into every step of our manufacturing process. We implement a strict 4-stage inspection system:

Pre-production fabric and trim inspection.

In-line inspection during sewing and assembly.

End-of-line quality control.

100% final inspection before packaging.
Q5: What shipping methods and trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?

A: We offer flexible logistics solutions tailored to your budget and urgency. We support standard Incoterms including FOB, EXW, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid—ideal for hassle-free delivery straight to your warehouse).

  • Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days (best for samples and urgent small batches).
  • Air Freight: 7–12 days.
  • Sea Freight / Rail Freight: 25–40 days (most cost-effective for large bulk orders).
